She is a Artificial Intelligence (AI) Fellow at Research ICT Africa, working on projects exploring the intersection of AI and its societal impact. She has contributed to key AI initiatives, including serving as the Regional Network Manager for the Global Index on Responsible AI, co-leading the development of Zambia\u2019s National Data Policy, and as Kenya\u2019s country expert for UNESCO\u2019s Readiness Assessment Methodology (RAM).<br \/><br \/>She was also part of the working group for Kenya\u2019s AI strategy development and is currently consulting with UNESCO, assisting with RAM research and implementation in Rwanda, Mauritius, Ethiopia, and Tanzania.<br \/><br \/>Diana is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, holds an Executive Certificate in Law, Policy, and Technology from IE University and an AI Policy Analyst Certification from the Center for Artificial Intelligence and Digital Policy (CAIDP).
